Easy and healthy green smoothie recipe. This Apple Spinach Green Smoothie recipe is easy to make and packed with nutrients and flavor.


Ingredients
  •     2 cups spinach (packed into the cups - smash as much as you can in there)
  •     1 cup ice cold water
  •     1 tablespoon ground flax seed (optional)
  •     1 green apple peeled and cored and cut into chunks (this apple peeler is awesome!)
  •     1 ripe banana
  •     1 cup ice optional

Instructions
  1. In a blender, place the water and spinach (add in flax seed for more fiber right now if you want) and blend until smooth. I usually run it twice to get it nice and smooth.
