Ingredients
 (per serving)
  •     1/2 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen (75 g/ 2.6 oz)
  •     1/4 cup full-fat cream cheese or creamed coconut milk (60 g/ 2.1 oz)
  •     1/4 cup heavy whipping cream or coconut milk (60 ml/ 2 fl oz)
  •     1/2 cup water (120 ml/ 4 fl oz)
  •     1 tbsp MCT oil or extra virgin coconut oil
  •     1/2 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract or 1/4 tsp pure vanilla powder (you can easily make your          own)
  •     optional: 3-5 drops liquid Stevia extract or other healthy low-carb sweetener from this list
